After 25 years recruiting across the HSE and CDM sectors, we have launched Safety Careers Consulting (SCC). We are a UK-based recruitment firm with a straightforward goal: connecting talented CDM / Principal Designers, Senior HSE Consultants / Leaders with the right roles.
Our time in this industry has given us more than an extensive portfolio; it has given us a specific point of view. We’ve watched the recruitment world change. While technology has made the process faster, it hasn't always made it better. Many agencies now lean on automated systems and AI to find people. At SCC, we feel a vital part of the process has been lost. The personal bond between a candidate and their recruiter is fading.
We are choosing to focus on the basics by bringing a human approach to our work. We take the time to learn about a candidate’s motivations and goals instead of just scanning their bullet points.
